Proposed subsection 78.2(2) is that CSC can speak back.... </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2857584\" data-originallang=\"en\">Then, in our proposed section 78.3, those three different lines are about making regulations to ensure this is consistent with other acts.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2857585\" data-originallang=\"en\">There were just a few things that needed to be cleaned up, even in terms of CRA and different acts. It's more of a cleaning-up process. It doesn't change at all the content or the intent of the bill. The main changes these amendments we're presenting would make are exempting residential school awards and saying that creditors have to let CSC know if money is owed to them by an inmate\u2014those are the two main changes\u2014and then making sure that CSC and Finance can communicate with each other.</p>",
