If we consider Ontario as a whole\u2014regions like the previously mentioned Sarnia\u2014Lambton\u2014what do you recommend to increase the number of bilingual legal experts? Could criteria be set based on population, by applying quotas?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6931290\" data-originallang=\"fr\">What do you recommend to the federal government to make sure the number of bilingual legal experts would increase not only in Ontario, but also in Manitoba, in Alberta and in other provinces?</p>",
