We are pleased to have you here this morning so that you can tell us about the findings of your annual report.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2049613\" data-originallang=\"fr\">At the outset, I would like to tell you that the members and I were definitely pleased to see that the committee's proceedings were a source of inspiration for your report.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2049614\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Without further ado, I'll ask you to tell us about your recommendations.</p>",
