With respect to the whole issue of redundancy, if I can call it that, you are no doubt aware that gender identity disorder is a formal diagnosis used by psychologists and physicians to describe persons who experience significant gender dysphoria. It appears to me that if an individual is suffering from gender identity disorder\u2014perhaps suffering is the wrong word\u2014but if they are experiencing gender identity disorder, they are subject to the disability provisions of the Canadian Human Rights Act. Would you agree with that?</p>",
