It's good to see some familiar faces.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5077573\" data-originallang=\"en\">My riding of Richmond Hill holds about 8,000 small businesses. The majority of them have about four to five people. They use electronic means to reach out to their client base. Some of them do business with each other, so they use B2B. One of the areas they're focusing on is building their skill set to become more innovators, based on and aligned with the agenda. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5077574\" data-originallang=\"en\"> I understand that aside from the fact that the scope is very complex and very broad, you've come back and you've said that the consent issue remains\u2014the definition of the consent and how it's expressed, how it's requested, and how it has been received. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5077575\" data-originallang=\"en\">Also, I understand PRA, but a number of you touched on the fact that the current CASL inhibits innovation. It blocks innovation. Specifically, you talked about IoT and you talked about AI. So, in the about a minute and a half that I left, can any of you touch on which specific areas of IoT are blocking innovation and how they are doing that? Elles se concentrent sur l'acquisition de comp\u00e9tences afin d'augmenter leur capacit\u00e9 d'innovation et atteindre ainsi leurs objectifs commerciaux.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5077574\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mises \u00e0 part l'extr\u00eame complexit\u00e9 et la tr\u00e8s grande port\u00e9e de la Loi, vous avez dit que la question du consentement demeure, qu'il faut d\u00e9finir le consentement, la fa\u00e7on dont il est exprim\u00e9, dont il est demand\u00e9 et re\u00e7u.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5077575\" data-originallang=\"en\">Je comprends aussi le droit priv\u00e9 d'action, mais plusieurs d'entre vous ont affirm\u00e9 que la LCAP dans sa forme actuelle nuit \u00e0 l'innovation. Vous avez mentionn\u00e9 en particulier l'Internet des objets et l'intelligence artificielle. En une minute et demie, le temps qu'il me reste, pouvez-vous nous dire quels sont les aspects pr\u00e9cis de l'Internet des objets qui emp\u00eachent l'innovation et comment cela est-il possible?
