Clauses 6 and 7, however, create new exceptions, under which organizations can share an individual's personal information without obtaining their consent or notifying them. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3970977\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Do you think that is a good way to better protect Canadians' privacy? </p>",
