"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"2202030\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Thank you, Mr. Chair.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2202031\" data-originallang=\"en\">We find ourselves with a number of amendments, which, to be very honest, in my opinion change the scope of the bill in a fairly major fashion. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2202032\" data-originallang=\"en\">When the NDP first presented this bill, they had certain intentions; in fact, there were certain expectations that ended up not being met. But through these amendments, the very limited scope of their bill has now been changed in a very, very major way. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2202033\" data-originallang=\"en\">As a result, it is the right thing for us to allow certain witnesses who appeared in front of us based on the previous bill to comment on what we're now talking about, which is a fairly major rewrite of the bill. In fairness, I think that is something we should be considering as a committee. It may require an extension to allow this to happen, because the bill is supposed to go back on December 2. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2202034\" data-originallang=\"en\">I put that to my fellow committee members: those who appeared spoke to the bill as it was previously, and there are some fairly major rewrites.</p>",

Pour \u00eatre juste envers eux, il me semble normal que le comit\u00e9 envisage cette possibilit\u00e9. Il faudra peut-\u00eatre obtenir une prolongation du d\u00e9lai pour \u00eatre en mesure de le faire, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que le projet de loi est cens\u00e9 \u00eatre renvoy\u00e9 \u00e0 la Chambre le 2 d\u00e9cembre.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2202034\" data-originallang=\"en\">Voil\u00e0 donc mon avis.
