The study surveyed people who are 16 and over, including the 65-plus age group. They also concentrated on the population who have a lower education. Obviously, there is a strong correlation between the level of education and the level of literacy. You're right in saying that they concentrated more on immigrants and also on the aboriginal population.</p>",
