The best we have is the <a data-HoCid=\"214296\" href=\"/politicians/justin-trudeau/\" title=\"Justin Trudeau\">Prime Minister</a> quoted as saying that he's \u201ccontinuing to look for ways to responsibly list the IRGC as a terrorist organization\u201d. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8519986\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Professor Hampson, is there a way of responsibly listing the IRGC as a terrorist organization under Canadian law?</p>",
