We have to get them right. They have to work, and they have to protect habitat\u2014no question. The law is the basis for doing that. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4619456\" data-originallang=\"en\">What I'm suggesting is that this committee and the review of the Fisheries Act go beyond what it says in the law to include how the department enforces that law.</p>",
