This is a significant piece of linear infrastructure. It requires a limited corridor, but a continuous one. Once we announce the specific corridor and the specific alignment that have been selected, we will, of course, in all cordiality and in all willingness to negotiate, approach landowners on a \u201cno surprises\u201d basis.</p>",
