We're at a moment when capital is harder to access than at any time in the past generation. High interest rates and economic uncertainty mean that many high-growth companies and innovative products struggle to secure growth capital.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8361318\" data-originallang=\"en\">You've already made a pretty stark recommendation, but what should we be doing in Bill <a data-HoCid=\"12739107\" href=\"/bills/44-1/C-59/\" title=\"An Act to implement certain provisions of the fall economic statement tabled in Parliament on November 21, 2023 and certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 28, 2023\">C-59</a>, and in others, in order to ensure that we get growth and better investment and, as you said, productivity in our companies?</p>",
