The first step in being able to recover those fees are these proposed legislative amendments, because it would then allow the set-up of the tobacco and vaping cost recovery frameworks. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8296129\" data-originallang=\"en\">That's the first step. There would be several steps following that, which would include consultations on what a fee proposal would look like, what eligible activities would be considered and so forth. It would be at that time that we could then go forward with regulations. The amounts at that point would be clarified. </p>",
