They won\u2019t have to raise taxes...for it. They\u2019ll actually make money from it\u2014lots of it. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6636095\" data-originallang=\"en\"> What would it take? </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6636096\" data-originallang=\"en\"> \u201cOne weekend,\u201d former Bank of Canada governor Stephen Poloz told an online forum last week. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6636097\" data-originallang=\"en\"> It would have to be a heck of a weekend. Removing Canada\u2019s largely indefensible barriers to interprovincial trade would require a rare collective political goodwill among provincial premiers, and serious leadership from Ottawa. </p>\n</blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"6636098\" data-originallang=\"en\">My question to you, Mr. Stratton, is, should eliminating interprovincial trade barriers be an urgent and immediate priority for our federal government and a key part of Canada's economic recovery plan?</p>",

L'\u00e9limination des barri\u00e8res au commerce interprovincial au Canada, en grande partie ind\u00e9fendables, n\u00e9cessiterait une bonne volont\u00e9 politique collective peu commune de la part des premiers ministres provinciaux et un leadership s\u00e9rieux de la part d'Ottawa. </p>\n</blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"6636098\" data-originallang=\"en\">Alors, voici ma question, monsieur Stratton: l'\u00e9limination des obstacles au commerce interprovincial devrait-elle \u00eatre une priorit\u00e9 absolue pour le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et un \u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental du plan de relance \u00e9conomique du Canada?</p>"
