The promise we made, which was delivered on, was that we were going to stop sending cheques to millionaires, and we were going to redistribute it to those who needed it most, and it would be tax-free, unlike with the previous governments under which people who received this got taxed at the end of the year.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4680122\" data-originallang=\"en\">Do you want to perhaps clarify the commitment that was made?</p>",
