The environment commissioner has made it fairly clear that when it comes to our 2030 targets, we are not on track to meeting even the low end of the Liberals' 40% to 45%. Mr. van Koeverden mentioned the interim target of 2026, but went on to say that the government is on track broadly to meeting its targets. That's not accurate. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8367333\" data-originallang=\"en\">I think it's very important that we are careful and judicious when we're talking about this, because Canada has missed every single target.</p>",
