We're not comfortable with providing instructions to our drafters today in any event. I would prefer to carry on with the witnesses we have. This information is very helpful to us, and I'm sure for the whole committee. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4294457\" data-originallang=\"en\">I believe the proposal to do the drafting today, or at least to provide some information to staff to do that is premature. </p>",
