I thank you for being here today. I know some of you came from far away, as far away as British Columbia. You're representing essentially three groups, the Canadian Maritime Law Association, the International Ship-Owners Alliance of Canada Inc., and the International Transport Workers' Federation. The way we will proceed is that each group will be given eight minutes to present, and that will be followed by rounds of questioning.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1458564\" data-originallang=\"en\">Would you, Mr. Boucher, like to go first today?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1458565\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Boucher, welcome.
