I have a quote I'd like to read here from Premier Doer when he was interviewed on the environment and the funding from the previous Liberal government. The last ten years everybody has been talking about this but you know to quote an old commercial \u201cWhere's the beef?\u201d we had nothing from the national government </p>\n</blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"694237\" data-originallang=\"en\">\u2014referring to the former Liberal government.</p>\n<blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"694238\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Question: What about money provided by the previous liberal government? How does that compare? </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"694239\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Gary Doer: We didn't get any. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"694240\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Question: You didn't get any? </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"694241\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Gary Doer: No. Nada. </p>\n</blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"694242\" data-originallang=\"en\">So obviously he was quite concerned about the funding from the previous government. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"694243\" data-originallang=\"en\">I would like to ask you, Minister, what's the status that Canada finds itself in right now? What is the percentage? You touched on this in your presentation\u2014and thank you for that\u2014but what was the percentage of increase in greenhouse gases since 1990 under the previous Liberal government? Where do we find ourselves right now in Canada?</p>",
