I didn't know he was the same clerk as in the fisheries committee.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4580333\" data-originallang=\"en\">This morning, from the Department of Agriculture, relating to the new agricultural policy framework study, we have Mr. Andrew Goldstein, director general of the policy, planning and integration directorate in the strategic policy branch. Welcome, Mr. Goldstein.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4580334\" data-originallang=\"en\">We also have Mr. Rosser Lloyd, director general, business risk management programs directorate, programs branch.
